10. Segment Reporting

The Company operates and manages the business as one reportable and operating segment. The Company’s Chief Executive Officer acts as the CODM of the Company. The CODM reviews the results of the Company on a consolidated basis. In prior year, when making certain operating decisions and assessing performance, the CODM has additionally reviewed the disaggregated revenue results by product and geography. All of the Company’s long-lived assets are based in the United States.
