Note 5.   Stockholders’ Equity

Common Stock

The holders of the Company's common stock are entitled to one vote per share of common stock held. The Company recorded a 5 for 1 forward split on May 18, 2015. All prior periods have been restated to reflect this transaction. As of December 31, 2015 the Company had 25,957,500 shares issued and outstanding.
