COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Purchase Commitments The Company is legally obligated to fulfill certain purchase commitments made to vendors that supply materials used in the Company’s products. At December 31, 2024 the total amount of such open inventory purchase orders was $10.8 million. Legal Proceedings From time to time, the Company is involved in routine litigation and legal proceedings in the ordinary course of its business, such as employment matters and contractual disputes. Currently, there is no pending litigation or proceedings that the Company’s management believes will have a material effect, either individually or in the aggregate, on its business or financial condition.
