On July 24, 2023, Boxlight Corporation, a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release to announce it will hold a conference call to announce its Second Quarter 2023 financial results on Wednesday, August 9, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
