SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 17 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On November 4, 2022, the Company made a $4.25 million payment on its Credit Agreement with Whitehawk. The payment will be credited by WhiteHawk toward the repayment of the $8.5 million term loan due on February 28, 2023.There were no pre-payment penalties or premiums included with this payment.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
