Note 23 – Related Party Transactions –

In the ordinary course of business, the Bank has granted loans to directors, officers and their affiliates. Such loans were made on substantially the same terms as those prevailing at the time for comparable transactions with other customers. Such loans amounted to $19.5 million and $66.8 million at December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.

Related party deposits totaled $51.2 million and $58.0 million as of December 31, 2023 and 2022, respectively.
