PREPAID EXPENSE	NOTE 4 – PREPAID EXPENSE At December 31, 2019, and September 30, 2019 and 2018, prepaid expenses totaled $0, $3,000 and $330,089, respectively. Prepaid expenses at September 30, 2019 consisted of public-company related fees. Prepaid expenses at September 30, 2018 consisted primarily of professional fees, including compensation for consulting services that were paid through the issuance of common stock which fees are being amortized over the life of the applicable agreements. As of September 30, 2019, the fees are fully amortized.
