Item 5.02.Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 11, 2019, Randall L. Churchey informed the board of directors (the “Board”) of Jernigan Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation as a member of the Board, effective immediately. Mr. Churchey informed the Board that his resignation was for personal reasons and not the result of any disagreements with the Company, the Board or management. Mr. Churchey has served on the Board since December 2018 and has also served as a member of the audit, compensation and nominating and corporate governance committees of the Board.
