Super League Enterprise, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-K”), due to the Company requiring additional time to finalize the Form 10-K and the Company’s auditors requiring additional time to complete their audit of the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2023. The Company’s Form 10-K will be filed on or before the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
