SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Distribution On October 16, 2024, the Board approved a distribution for the three months ended September 30, 2024 of $0.375 per common unit. Distributions will be payable on November 15, 2024 to unitholders of record at the close of business on November 8, 2024. Acquisitions Subsequent to September 30, 2024, the Partnership acquired mineral and royalty interests from various sellers for cash consideration of $12.6 million. These acquisitions were funded with cash from operating activities.
