SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to September 30, 2023, in accordance with the Equity Line, the Company issued 26,605 shares of the Company’s Common Stock with aggregate proceeds to the Company of $33.
