Letter of Intent agreement, description	The license fees agreed for (i) up-front licenses fee payment of $4,900,000, (ii) an ongoing license fee of 25% of the net income raised from license’s activities, (ii) grant of 27,000,000 shares of restricted Common Stock. The Company and Rain Cage Carbon entered into a promissory note agreement for payment of up-from license fee of $4,900,000, with initial payment of $500,000 and quarterly payment balance starting October 1,2025, for period of 18 months and interest bearing of 4.9% per annum
