SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were available to be issued. Panamera Holdings Corporation issued 5,000,000 shares of restricted common stock to Cristopher Proler and Jeffrey Kilgore on February 2, 2024 and February 6, 2024 respectively. The issuance of these shares is related to ongoing acquisition negotiations expected to finalize in the third quarter ending April 30, 2024.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
