SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 8 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date these financial statements were available to be issued. Based on our evaluation no material events have occurred that require disclosure, other than the issuance and sale of 200,000 shares of restricted common stock sold to one purchaser at a price of $1.00 per share as reported in a Form D filing of May 15, 2023.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
