NOTE 5 - STOCKHOLDERS' EQUITY	NOTE 5 - STOCKHOLDERS’ EQUITY Preferred Stock The Company has authorized 50,000,000 shares of preferred stocks with a par value of $0.0001 per share. No preferred stock was issued or outstanding as at July 31, 2021 and 2020. Common Stock The Company has authorized 150,000,000 shares of common stocks with a par value of $0.0001 per share. On April 4/26/2021, in connection with change of control (“Note 1”), the Company issued 21,220,00 shares of common stocks in cash for amount of $201,355. As of July 31, 2021, and 2020, there were 39,210,000 shares of common stocks and 17,990,000 shares of common stock issued and outstanding, respectively.
