It is based in Oklahoma City, OK, USA. The Company’s fiscal year end is July 31. The Company intends to offer management and consulting services to healthcare organizations that are increasingly facing various stresses including financial, organizational, and information technology challenges. To date, the Company’s activities have been limited to its formation and the raising of equity capital.
