On December 5, 2023, Exela Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) convened and then adjourned, without conducting any business, the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company (the “Meeting”), originally scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central time) on December 5, 2023, to recommence at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (9:00 a.m. Central time) on Sunday, December 31, 2023 as a virtual meeting via live webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/XELA2023. The proposals to be considered at the Meeting are described in the definitive proxy statement related to the Meeting filed by the Company with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 26, 2023, as may be amended from time to time. The record date for the Meeting remains the close of business on October 9, 2023.
