Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2023 Results of International Game Technology PLC


On March 12, 2024, International Game Technology PLC (NYSE:IGT) (the "Company") reported results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023.

On March 12, 2024, the Company also announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on its ordinary shares. The dividend is payable on April 9, 2024 to holders of record as of the close of business on March 26, 2024.
