Second Quarter 2023 Results of International Game Technology PLC


On August 1, 2023, International Game Technology PLC (NYSE:IGT) (the "Company") reported results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023.

On August 1, 2023, the Company also announced that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on its ordinary shares. The dividend is payable on August 29, 2023 to holders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2023.
