Quarterly Dividend Announcement of International Game Technology PLC

On November 10, 2015, International Game Technology PLC announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per share on its ordinary shares. The dividend is payable on December 11, 2015 to holders of record as of the close of business on November 27, 2015.
