On June 5, 2015, International Game Technology PLC (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its 2015 annual general meeting of shareholders will be held in London, United Kingdom on July 28, 2015 to review the Company’s annual report for the financial year ended December 31, 2014 and appoint the Company’s audit firm, with details on the meeting venue, timing and possible further agenda items to follow.
