RELATED PARTY BALANCES AND TRANSACTIONS Related Party Balances (i) Amounts due to related parties: As of December 31, 2023 and September 30, 2023, the amounts due to the shareholders of the Company, Shuhua Liu and Chiu Kin Wong, were $579,000 and $579,000, respectively, which were unsecured, non-interest bearing with no specific repayment terms.
