Income Taxes	Income Taxes Our effective tax rate was 15.0% and 16.4% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017, respectively. The effective tax rate during this period was primarily a result of the mix of income from multiple tax jurisdictions, the impact of our financing structure, excess tax benefits from share-based compensation, and transaction costs. Our effective tax rate was 19.3% and 20.4% for the three and six months ended June 30, 2016, respectively. The effective tax rate during this period was primarily a result of the mix of income from multiple tax jurisdictions and the impact of our financing structure.
