Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Cash Distributions/Dividends On April 5, 2023, RBI paid a cash dividend of $0.55 per RBI common share to common shareholders of record on March 22, 2023. Partnership made a distribution to RBI as holder of Class A common units in the amount of the aggregate dividends declared and paid by RBI on RBI common shares and also made a distribution in respect of each Partnership exchangeable unit in the amount of $0.55 per exchangeable unit to holders of record on March 22, 2023. Subsequent to March 31, 2023, the RBI board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.55 per RBI common share, which will be paid on July 6, 2023 to RBI common shareholders of record on June 22, 2023. Partnership will make a distribution to RBI as holder of Class A common units in the amount of the aggregate dividends declared and paid by RBI on RBI common shares. Partnership will also make a distribution in respect of each Partnership exchangeable unit in the amount of $0.55 per Partnership exchangeable unit, and the record date and payment date for such distribution will be the same as the record date and payment date for the cash dividend per RBI common share set forth above.
