In addition, AMKO misinterpreted regulations related to associated persons as solicitors, which caused a deficiency that was rectified immediately by terminating the relationship with the solicitors. None of the deficiencies identified were derogatory toward any client, but the results were referred to the Enforcement Division in August 2025. The Division requested additional information, but has taken no action to this date. 03-13-2025 Other No actions have been taken by the SEC Enforcement Division as of March 31, 2026. Debt - Government SEC Exam was completed and presented on March 13, 2025. Response was submitted and corrective actions have been taken, as explained in the response. Enforcement Division requested additional information in August 2025, but no action has been taken since. 09-30-2025 AMKO Advisors' response to the SEC Examination deficiency letter was submitted in April 2025, with all corrective actions being either already implemented or to be implemented by September 30, 2025, which were completed on time. The Enforcement Division contacted us in August 2025, but did not contact us again until March 2026 and no action has been taken to this point.
