Subsequent Event	Subsequent Event Acquisition of Aryeo, Inc. On July 31, 2023, Zillow Group, Inc. acquired Aryeo, Inc., a software company which serves real estate photographers, for approximately $35 million in a combination of cash and our Class C capital stock, subject to certain adjustments. The purchase price will be allocated to the assets acquired and liabilities assumed, including identifiable intangible assets, based on their respective fair values at the acquisition date. We are in the process of performing the procedures necessary to determine the purchase price allocation.
