NOTE 1 – ORGANIZATION AND NATURE OF BUSINESS

Lepota Inc. (the "Company" or “Lepota”) was incorporated under the laws of the State of Nevada on December 9, 2013.

Our primary business is in the import of cosmetics into the Russian Federation and distribution of the products through shops and drugstores. The Company’s contact address is 5348 Vegas Dr., Las Vegas, NV 89108.

The results for the three months ended October 31, 2019 are not necessarily indicative of the results of operations for the full year. These financial statements and related footnotes should be read in conjunction with the consolidated financial statements and footnotes thereto included in the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10K for the year ended July 31, 2019, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. In the opinion of management all adjustments necessary for a fair statement of the results for the interim periods have been made, and a statement that all adjustments are of a normal recurring nature or a description of the nature and amount of any adjustments other than normal recurring adjustments.
