Subsequent Events	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Acquisition During October 2023, we acquired 100% of the share capital of Pearl Investment AG and its subsidiary Andrè Koch AG, a long-time refinish products distribution partner in Switzerland, which resulted in a cash outflow on the closing date of $107.5 million, and is subject to certain contingent consideration arrangements.
