Subsequent Events [Text Block]	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS In October 2015, we voluntarily repaid $100.0 million of the outstanding New Dollar Term Loan. As a result of the prepayment, we will record a pre-tax loss on extinguishment of approximately $2.5 million.
