SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 9 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Stock purchase Subsequent Event On May 10, 2023, Omega Worldwide LLC purchased 1,500,000 restricted shares of common stock for $1,500 or $0.001/share. The Company has evaluated subsequent events through the date the financial statements were issued. The Company has determined that there are no such events that warrant disclosure or recognition in the consolidated financial statements presented herein.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
