(the "Company") and certain of its subsidiaries was entered by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Houston Division. On January 6, 2017, the Plan became effective pursuant to its terms and all of the Company's equity was cancelled. These shares of restricted common stock were cancelled automatically and without the receipt of any consideration pursuant to the Plan. The option was canceled automatically and without the receipt of any consideration in conjunction with the cancellation of the underlying common stock pursuant to the Plan.
