SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTSOn August 3, 2020, the Company completed a public offering with total gross proceeds of approximately $6.2 million, which includes the full exercise of the underwriter's over-allotment option to purchase an additional 669,181 shares prior to deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and offering expenses payable by Salarius. A total of 5,130,390 common shares of common stock were issued in the offering, priced at a public offering price of $1.20 per share.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
