Amounts are calculated for the respective periods in accordance with the dealer manager agreement and exclude the estimated liability for future distribution and stockholder servicing fees payable to CCO Capital of $78,000 and $157,000 as of June 30, 2020 and 2019, respectively, which is included in due to affiliates in the condensed consolidated balance sheets with a corresponding decrease to capital in excess of par value.
