The Company computes basic net income per share using the weighted average number of common shares outstanding. The Company computes diluted net income per share using the weighted average number of common shares outstanding plus the effect of potentially dilutive shares using the treasury stock method or the if-converted method depending on the arrangement.

The earnout arrangement and incentive pool entered into in connection with the acquisition of Hearsay represent liability-classified arrangements that may be settled in cash or shares at the Company's election. Diluted net income per share includes the effect of the potential share settlement associated with these arrangements when such effects are dilutive. For both the three months ended April 30, 2026 and 2025, diluted net income per share excluded the effect of the earnout arrangement as it was anti-dilutive.
