CONTENTS

Itamar Medical Ltd. (the “Company”) hereby reports that, the Company’s wholly owned U.S. subsidiary received a purchase order of approximately $2.3 million for WatchPAT^TM 300, from a material customer. The purchase order was made as part of the customer’s plan to upgrade a substantial part of its existing WatchPAT^TM 200 fleet to WatchPAT^TM 300 as well as expanding its current WatchPAT^TM fleet by approximately 17% with new WatchPAT^TM 300 purchases. The Company expects to deliver the ordered products during the fourth quarter of 2019.

The Company estimates that this order is not necessarily indicative of future levels of orders by said customer.
