Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On July 20, 2017, Albert Lyu resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of China Lending Corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Lyu’s departure is not due to a dispute or disagreement with the Company. Li Jingping, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, will serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer until a suitable replacement is identified.
