In connection with Mr. Amir Reichman assuming the position of chief executive officer of the Company on a full time basis on March 2, 2021, as previously announced, Mr. Ron Babecoff has resigned from the Board of Directors effective March 8, 2021. Mr. Babecoff will continue to serve as a Senior Advisor to the Company.
