On February 7, 2021, the Company's Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mr. Amir Reichman, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, as a member to the Company's Board of Directors. In accordance with the Company's Articles of Association, Mr. Reichman shall serve in office until the next Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company.
