Note 7 – Equity Incentive Plans:

Total compensation cost for share-based payments recognized for the three months ended March 31, 2022 and 2021 was $6,295 and $6,151, respectively. During the three months ended March 31, 2022, 22 stock options were exercised. During the three months ended March 31, 2022, 80 service period restricted stock units were granted at a weighted average grant-date fair market value of $85.15. During the three months ended March 31, 2022, 17 restricted stock units vested.
