As previously announced in a Current Report on Form 8-K dated September 7, 2022, Mrs. Heather Pomerantz stepped down from her role as Chief Financial Officer of Freshpet, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other opportunities, effective as of September 7, 2022.
