Regulation FD Disclosure

 

On December 22, 2017, Helius Medical Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the closing of the $2.7 million first tranche of a private placement of shares of Class A Common Stock and warrants, with total commitments of approximately $6.3 million. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”).
