SUBSEQUENT EVENT	NOTE 12 – SUBSEQUENT EVENT In July 2018, a related party of the Company, Jiuyuan, received an additional RMB 1,300,000 (approximately $0.2 million) under the June 2018 Loan from the Company and made RMB 2,570,000 repayment (approximately $0.4 million).
