⁽¹⁾ We acquired additional interests in Explorer and Colonial in June 2019. As a result of the June 2019 Acquisition, we now have significant influence over both Explorer and Colonial and account for these investments as equity method investments. The acquisition of these interests has been accounted for prospectively.
