Related Party Transactions During the thirteen weeks ended June 27, 2020 and June 29, 2019, the Company had capital expenditures with Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc., a specialty retail vendor in the flooring market. These capital expenditures amounted to less than $0.1 million in both the thirteen weeks ended June 27, 2020 and June 29, 2019, and were recorded as property and equipment, net on the condensed consolidated balance sheets. Certain members of the Company’s board of directors either currently serve on the board of directors or as an executive officer at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc.
