Note 7 - Common Stock

Common stock issued during the year ended February 28, 2019:

(a)	On May 30, 2018, the Company issued 435,000 shares of common stock with a fair value of $93,482 to settle accounts payable of $93,482.
(b)	On July 26, 2018, the Company issued 1,785,714 shares of common stock at a price of $0.35 per share for proceeds of $625,000.
(c)	During the year ended February 28, 2019, the Company issued the remaining 1,249,100  shares of common stock pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreement.
Common stock issued during the year ended February 28, 2018:

(d)	On January 5, 2018, the Company issued 5,674,944 shares of common stock with a fair value of $1,418,736 to various consultants for consulting services. The fair value of the common stock was determined based on the closing price of the Company’s common stock.
(e)	On January 8, 2018, the Company issued 2,488,028 shares of common stock at a price of $0.35 per share for proceeds of $870,810.
(f)	During the year ended February 28, 2018, the Company issued 4,720,532 shares of common stock pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreement.
