On July 18, 2018, Mr. Romeo Kreinberg resigned as director of Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. (the “Company”). Mr. Kreinberg’s resignation did not result from a disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
