On October 28, 2015, Orion Engineered Carbons S.A. issued a press release announcing its third quarter 2015 earnings, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto. The press release includes the dial-in information for the earnings call to take place on October 29, 2015. Attached as Exhibit 99.2 hereto are the Unaudited Interim Condensed Financial Statements of the Company as at September 30, 2015.
