Supplement to Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information,

each dated November 23, 2015, as revised on March 24, 2016 and May 16, 2016

The Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information (“SAI”), each dated November 23, 2015, and revised on March 24, 2016 and May 16, 2016, of the Cross Shore Discovery Fund (the “Fund”) is hereby amended to reflect the following new information, effective June 1, 2016:

New Administrator Name

The name of the Fund’s Administrator has changed to Ultimus Fund Solutions, LLC.

New Fund Accountant Name

The name of the Fund’s Fund Accounting Agent has changed to Citco Fund Services (USA), Inc.

New Officers of the Fund

The following disclosure replaces the disclosure in the table in the SAI on page 27, under the sub-section entitled “Principal Officers who are Not Trustees.”
