Subsequent Event	SUBSEQUENT EVENT On February 20, 2020, we launched offers to exchange a significant portion of our Second Lien Notes and senior notes into (1) notes and equity interests issued by a non-consolidated entity that will hold a term royalty interest in our Elk Hills unit and/or (2) a new first-lien last-out term loan issued by us and warrants convertible into our common stock. The transaction is expected to close on March 20, 2020.
