Note 13 - Business Segments	The company operates is a single manufacturing business segment which creates LED light assemblies used in commercial lighting and flat panel display products. Currently all income is derived from this business which is distributed through MDI to commercial and military customers.

The entire disclosure for a business combination (or series of individually immaterial business combinations) completed during the period, including background, timing, and recognized assets and liabilities. The disclosure may include leverage buyout transactions (as applicable).
